ORDERING

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Our apologies! Contact us directly at Kelly@thebridesfloralmortician.com and we will be happy to pay for your return shipping and return your item like brand new as soon as possible!

How quickly will my order be sent to me?
So long as we have the item you ordered in stock, most pieces will ship out on the next 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. However, given the handmade nature of The Bride's Floral Mortician pieces, we ask that you allow a grace period of up to 30 business days for your order to be shipped. If you need a rush on your order, please feel free to contact us directly at Kelly@thebridesfloralmortician.com and we will do our very best to ensure that you have your order when you need it.

What is my package is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, once the package has left our studio we do not have any control over it and do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to provide a safe address. If you prefer to have your package insured and shipped via priority please contact us at Kelly@thebridesfloralmortician.com before or shortly after placing your order.

Exchanges / Returns:
We do not accept returns. Please feel free to email us prior to ordering with any question you might have regarding an item in order to ensure you are happy with what you are planning to order. In case you are not happy with your item once received, we will be happy to exchange it for something else. Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
We will accept exchanges as long as the piece is unworn and remains in its glorious original condition. Please contact Kelly@thebridesfloralmortician.com before shipping your exchange and we will be pleased to provide you with exchange instructions.

How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we have received your package and verified the condition of the exchange, please allow us 10 business days to process your exchange. You will receive an email confirmation when your new piece has been shipped or your store credit is available to put towards something shiny and new!

Does The Bride's Floral Mortician ship worldwide?
No. Only the United States at this time.

How the name The Bride's Floral Mortician came about
The idea of a Floral Mortician came about 20 years before it was ever used. A Client came into the flower shop I was working in and was so upset that we cut all the flowers and didn't allow them the opportunity to grow in nature. I explained to her that I didn't personally cut them and rip them from their home. Really I was more of a Mortician because they already arrived to me dead. It was my job to make beauty with them.

The Bride's is a play on our Last Name and our Client's. Although we do Memorial Pieces and other type of designs, we generally came up with the concept of preserving Bridal Bouquets.
